Section 1

Definitions & Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the words and phrases listed below are used with specific meanings. Keep these definitions in mind as you read the full document.

"User" or "Player" refers to any person who has opened or is attempting to open an account at 44zz.

Eligibility & Opening an Account

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account or play any game at 44zz, the user must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to open an account. If an investigation establishes that a user provided false information about their age, their account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances and bonuses may be cancelled. If multiple accounts are opened from the same household or the same IP address, 44zz reserves the right to investigate.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Details

All information provided at the time of account registration must be completely true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is against the rules. 44zz may request additional documents at any time to verify your identity.

Important: Large withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed. Please provide accurate information at the time of registration.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. We strongly recommend not sharing this information with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Use a strong and unique password — a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
If you log in on a public or shared device, log out at the end of your session.
Do not click on suspicious emails or links that may be impersonating 44zz.
If you want to change your account details, always verify through live chat or our support channel.

44zz will never ask for your password by phone or email. If anyone asks for this information, treat it as fraud.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

44zz currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank). Additional methods may be added in the future.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Verification Requirements

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. This process may involve submitting a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. 44zz conducts this verification to ensure financial security and prevent fraudulent activity.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at 44zz receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳8,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
Deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period; the bonus will be cancelled once this period has passed.
A bonus applies to one account only; attempting to use a bonus across multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled.
44zz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Using dishonest methods to take advantage of bonus offers may result in account closure.
VIP players at the Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers will receive a maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%, 0.5%, and 0.8% respectively.

Bonus abuse — such as multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or strategic bonus hunting — is strictly prohibited.

Section 6

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Outcomes

All games at 44zz are powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and unbiased results. Live casino games are operated by real-time human dealers and fair play is ensured there as well.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. Placing bets outside these limits is not possible.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, 44zz will attempt to refund the amount wagered on that game. However, 44zz is not responsible for internet connection failures.

6.4 Sports Betting

In sports betting, outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant sporting event. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the wager will be refunded or settled in accordance with 44zz's applicable sports betting rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44zz platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and balances may be forfeited.

Playing on behalf of or using the account of a minor.
Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
Attempting to gain bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
Using hacking, manipulation, or any fraudulent methods.
Coordinated betting or attempting to defraud the system in collusion with other users.
Money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
Harassing or threatening other users on the platform.
Infringing 44zz's intellectual property or copyright.

Changes to Terms & Account Closure

11.1 Right to Modify Terms

44zz reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Any user may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the balance remaining in the account (excluding any active bonuses) will be available for withdrawal.

11.3 Account Closure by 44zz

44zz may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
If the information provided by the user is found to be false or misleading.
